Mark Foley Emerges From Seclusion

In his first public appearance since leaving Congress and entering rehab, former Florida Congressman Mark Foley took a few questions from the media:Q. Former Congressman Foley, what have you been doing since leaving rehab?A. just relaxing with friends.Q. Where at?A. Neverland Ranch.Q. Really? You mean the one owned by Michael Jackson?A. I know what you'te thinking, but Michael is not my type, even if he could pass for 15.Q. How long have you been back in Washington?A. Just since yesterday, long enough to get kicked out of the Library of Congress.Q. Whatever for?A. I couldn't find a bookmark, so I just bent over a page.Q. What is your greatest regret about what happened?A. that I didn't get to finish a project I had started. I had introduced legislation on a youth reading program called No Page Left Behind.Q. Any future projects?A. yes, Michael and I, Jackson, I mean, are starting a private program to ensure that all young boys have access to the internet.Q. What do you think the legacy will be for your career?A. That, like many Priests and Boy Scout Leaders, I had a passion for helping young boys.
